Ruslan was born in Lviv, Ukraine. He received his B.S. and M.S. in Biotechnology from Lviv Polytechnic National University in 2019 and 2020, respectively. He began his scientific career at the Department of Organic Chemistry in the field of synthesis of water-soluble compounds of aromatic thio sulfonic acids with unsaturated carbohydrates.

 

In 2018, he started his job as the researcher of the fermentation process at the department of research and development of Lviv’s biotechnology company «Enzym Company». In 2020, he received the position of technologist of new products. He worked on the projects of the yeast extract production and production of yeast biomass with high levels of RNA / protein / glutathione / polysaccharides.

 

Now Ruslan intends to gain more experience in molecular biology and make his research in the field of applied science. Except science his interests include hiking, reading sci-fi, cooking or even more eating of the delicious food and different sports like trampoline, acrobatics, rock climbing and so on.
